1. Hydration

Drink a glass of water (250 ml) immediately. Take regular sips during 1 hour (every 10 minutes) 

2. Acupressure (LI4 Point)

Find the soft spot between the thumb and index finger of your hand. Press this spot firmly with your other hand's thumb for 3-5 minutes, then switch hands. This acupressure point can relieve headache by improving blood circulation.

3. Deep Breathing Relaxation Exercise

Find a spot where you can sit down, put on your headphones, and follow the instructions in the video.
